Taegwoo (Terry) Kim is a Los Angeles-based composer from South Africa and a scoring intern at composer Bear McCreary's studio, Sparks & Shadows.

He has worked with Joseph Trapanese on Netflix's The Witcher (Season 3) and scored award-winning films like Minnestass and Portraits of a Smile. His credits also include Extreme Makeover: Home Edition 2025, RNG Forge's game K3LVN, and various other private commissions.

Terry graduated from The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University in 2023, where he studied Music for New Media on a scholarship. Originally from Korea, he grew up in South Africa, attending the Diocesan College on a music scholarship.
